The payment links can be activated or deactivated on the App Center of your system. To activate and follow the tutorial, access [App Center > Payment and Security > Payment link].

A payment link is an alternative for your guests to make the reservation payment. It's a common practice in direct sales and can also be used if your payment link is not compatible with typed sales

Follow the steps below to create a link - you must have at least one active payment channel:

  1. Access the reservation page;
  2. Follow the receipt posting flow, on the right bottom of the screen;
  3. Select the [Payment Link] option;
  4. Set the link amount, deadline, and payment method;
  5. Click on the [Generate Link] button.

When generating the link, you'll have three options available:

  • Copy: you can copy the link and send it to guests as you prefer;
  • Save without sending: the link has already been sent to the guest, and you just need to save it on the reservation page to your internal control;
  • Send message: triggering the link directly to the guest email.
The link is registered on the reservation payment, and you can follow there the status.

Additionally, you can use the payment link to charge guests during their stay, up until the checkout moment.
