Forwarding 2.0 solves the main problem present in the previous version: now you can create multiple rules at the same time, separating them by listing, building, or contract, and see which rule generated each forwarding. The migration is safe, doesn't alter previous forwardings, and keeps everything saved in case you want to go back to the previous version. The focus of 2.0 is to provide more flexibility and clarity without complicating its use.
Main improvements
- Create multiple rules simultaneously instead of a single global setting.
- Define where which rule applies: listing, building, or group.
- See in the reservation which rule generated the forwarding.
- Reservations with more than 30 nights are excluded from the automation.
- Explanatory texts have been added to the points that previously caused doubt or error.
How the version change works
Forwarding 1.0 and 2.0 are separate apps. To activate the new version, you deactivate the current one.
Nothing that has already been forwarded is changed.
When migrating:
- Previous forwardings remain the same.
- The 1.0 rules are stored in case you want to go back.
- In 2.0, the rules need to be recreated, but the process is faster and more visual.
- At launch, 2.0 is disabled and only goes into use when you activate it.
How to enable it in the system
- Access the menu, go to [App Center > Administration and Finance > Forwarding 2.0];
- Click on [Active];
- Save the change and you're done!
