No, there is no minimum number of listings required.
What are the requirements for advertising on the channel?
The requirements are:
- Advertise only entire properties
- Provide local support and emergency assistance
- Offer at least 4 Host Reception services (concierge, tours, etc.)
- Ensure essential amenities: free Wi-Fi, clean bed linen and towels, equipped kitchen
- Have a history of excellence in safety and customer satisfaction
How is synchronization done?
Synchronization is automatic and complete. Data registered in Stays is sent to TravelStaytion, including: property photos, prices and rates (including guest fees), detailed descriptions, house rules and calendar availability.
Is there a commission fee?
The channel charges a fee of 15% on the total reservation value.
How does TravelStaytion payment work?
The channel makes payments within 2 business days after the check-in date. It's not possible to change this payment method.
What is the cancellation policy?
The platform offers the following options:
- Super Flexible: Full refund up to 7 days in advance.
- Flexible: Full refund up to 14 days, 50% up to 7 days.
- Moderate: Full refund up to 30 days, 50% up to 14 days.
- Strict: Full refund up to 60 days, 50% up to 30 days.
- Super Strict: 50% up to 30 days, no refund after that date.
- Firm: No refunds at any time.
- Extremely Strict: Full refund up to 42 days, no refund after that date.
