The requirements are:

  • Advertise only entire properties
  • Provide local support and emergency assistance

  • Have a history of excellence in safety and customer satisfaction

How is synchronization done?

Synchronization is automatic and complete. Data registered in Stays is sent to TravelStaytion, including: property photos, prices and rates (including guest fees), detailed descriptions, house rules and calendar availability.

Is there a commission fee?

The channel charges a fee of 15% on the total reservation value.

How does TravelStaytion payment work?

The channel makes payments within 2 business days after the check-in date. It's not possible to change this payment method.

  • Flexible: Full refund up to 14 days, 50% up to 7 days.
