At the beginning of your implementation process, you can easily import your Airbnb listings to our platform.
Remember that before importing listings, your Airbnb account must already be connected to Stays.
What you find in this article
By connecting an Airbnb account to a channel manager, your listings go to simplified pricing. In it, the host pays a 15% commission to the channel, but has full control over the final price paid by Airbnb guests.
How to import Airbnb listings
With your account already connected, it is time to import your existing listings. On your system, access [Property & Listings] and click on [Import Airbnb listings].
Use the External correction price tool to manage the profit margin on prices sent from Stays to Airbnb and other sales channels.
Checking out the imported content
After the import is done, your listings will be available on [Listings]. We recommend you to check some items to ensure that your registration is completely filled:
|Check if the type of property is correct.
|Check if your listing's address has been imported correctly. You may need to correct the [Neighborhood] field, because the channel will not send this information.
|Check if all the rooms are compatible. Some of them may go to the system with a different type. If that is the case, just change it.
|Check the photos. By default, they will be placed in the first imported room. If you want to, you can arrange them by room.
|The internal name will be your listing's identification on the system. To edit it, access the [Descriptive content] tab.
|Check if the imported prices match. Remember not to leave periods without pricing so that you do not lose reservations. To do so, access [Finance > Pricing setup].
|Finally, if you work with derived prices on the channel, check if the amounts were imported correctly.
Access the [Finance > General pricing settings] menu.
For prices to be imported, pricing per night + discount per length of stay must be configured on the system.
For derived prices, indicate on [Pricing structure > Pricing settings] that you do not work with this option.
