After the connection of your Stays listings with Homes & Villas by Marriott International, the calendar, content and price management routine is done automatically and your information will be securely integrated, however if you want to manage the connection of your listings on Homes & Villas through Stays, there are some basic options, mainly focused on the availability of listings on the platform.

Accessing management options
To open connection management options, follow the steps below:
- Access the [Channel Manager > Homes & Villas] menu;
- Access the [Listings] tab;
- Filter by the desired listing on the left side of the screen and click on [Update];
- On the upper right side of the screen, click on the three dots icon to see more options.
About management options
When opening the management options, check the available options and what each one does on the connection:
Option | Description |

| Update listing | Opens a panel with options to force sending content updates such as amenities, images and other key information. It is a complementary option in the system to be used if necessary, keeping in mind that the content and information update about prices and availability occurs automatically. |
| Close calendar | Makes your listing stay on a calendar closed for reservations on the Homes & Villas by Marriott International portal. The reopening of the calendar is possible through Stays, so after you close the calendar, in the same place you will have the [Open calendar] option. |
| Disconnect | Interrupts the information link between Stays and Homes & Villas by Marriott International. The listing will continue to be published on the portal and with the price and availability information sent by Stays before your action, so it is important that you go to your Homes & Villas portal after doing this action on Stays and start managing manually there. |
| Remove listing | It makes the listing be removed from the Homes & Villas portal. It is really important that you only take this action after you are sure that all Homes & Villas by Marriott International reservations made in this listing are already relocated or canceled. |
