  • Kitchen;
  • Laundry (Washing machine and dryer or drying rack);
  • Premium or luxury design aesthetic;
  • Clean and in good condition.
  • 24/7 guest support;
  • In-person welcome or self-entry (Premium product);
  • In-person welcome (Luxury product);
  • Premium hotel-quality linens;
  • Premium hotel quality amenities;
  • Home essentials provided (e.g. cooking and cleaning equipment).

Other Requirements
  • Security scan of the property management system used and associated security procedures;
  • Corporate company standing;
  • Financial performance (prior and future growth, profitability, investment);
  • Regulatory and tax compliance;
  • Insurance compliance.
  • Instantly bookable (or instant book with 24-hour confirmation);
  • Property manager has control of the calendar (preferred);
  • Reservations length cannot be fewer than three nights (two nights in selected markets).
