
Segmenting contacts is one of the main steps for marketing campaigns.
In the spreadsheets generated by Stays, you will have the following variables, according to the chosen spreadsheet:

In addition, the RCOUNT variable counts only the reservations already confirmed by the guest, in order to give you a more accurate segmentation.
