How is the guest charged for the reservation amount?Despegar will charge for the total reservation amount to the guest and will send you a virtual credit card so that you collect at the moment of the guest's check-in,  your amount, with Despegar commissions already properly collected by the channel. 
We recommend you to use a payment channel compatible with typed sales, so that you are able to collect the virtual credit cards amounts.

Is it possible to commercialize several listings in the form of a category (e.g. standard, deluxe, etc.)?Yes, it is.
Just register your listings through vertical rate groups on Stays.
Can I cancel a Despegar reservation through a screen?No, you cannot.
The channel has a policy of 0% cancellation, so cancellations occur only in extreme cases after investigation with the Despegar team.
How will I be able to communicate with the Despegar guests?Guests email and phone number will arrive on your reservation page.
Does the channel accept instant reservation?Yes, it does.
By default, the channel works only with instant reservations.
