This will help you design optimized searches and apply group actions.
It is important to mention that PriceLabs uses the listings address as a basis for the calculation of prices, so even if your listings are single ones on PriceLabs, as they have the same address, this will not affect the performance of the portal when preparing your prices suggestion.
