To avoid canceling transactions and give guests more options, many hosting options allow guests to make a pre-reservation with a valid credit card, and only charge the amount upon arrival of the reservation. Stays also has this feature - enable it using the instructions below:

  1. Access the [Finance > Auxiliaries > Accounts & Gateways] menu;
  2. Access or create a Cielo or Payment Channel;
  3. On the [Service] field, select the [Credit Card] option;
  4. On the [Do you want to charge the credit card ...] field below, select [No];
  5. Save changes at the top right of the screen.
