When creating listings via Stays.net, are there any special guidelines?

The guidelines are when choosing the payment methods that you accept on your Stays channel manager settings, mark the one that only accepts cash, according to the image below:

If you want to work with Booking Prepayment on just a few listings, it is possible to select the option allow editing per listing and follow the instruction only on the desired listings before connecting to the channel.

This will make the prepayment option appears on your Booking extranet within a period of 48 hours after creating your listing on the channel.
After that, you will be able to configure it on your extranet, according to the first recommendation of this article. 

There are some specific cases in which the option will not be available, therefore if it is your case, contact the Booking.com local support.

How Booking prepayments will arrive in my Stays.net routine?

Reservations made with Booking.com prepayment after connecting to Stays.net will arrive with the amounts already posted, just lacking the finance validation by the administrator, according to the example below:
