Sending an email to the guest a few days before the check-in date is a good practice to reinforce check-in procedures, offer additional services and other actions.
Stays.net allows you to configure the triggering of that email automatically for all your reservations. Just follow the path below:
- Access the [Settings > Emails > Reservation] menu;
- Scroll down to the [Guest Reservation Reminder] section;
- Mark the [Yes];
- Go to the field below and configure how many days before check-in the email should be triggered;
- Save the changes made at the top right side of the page.
This e-mail can also be sent, manually, from the reservation page.
The content of the email message is editable and Stays.net comes with a default template.
