Payment options can be activated or deactivated on the App Center of your system, on [App Center > Payment and Security > Payment options per listing].

The easiest way to see your transactions is through the PayPal portal, but Stays also has a history of transactions made via the website. Follow the steps below:

  1. Access the [Finance > Others > Payment Logs] menu;
  2. On the left side, select the transaction search period and select [PayPal];
  3. Click on [Search] to generate the information.

Each PayPal transaction has 2 logs. When there is an error, you will see a red alert. See the meaning of each one:

  • booking url: indicates that the guest was redirected to the PayPal payment page;
  • from payment: indicates whether the payment was completed. It is with this log that the system confirms or not the payment on the reservation page.
