This content is intended for investigations of PayPal transactions made on Stays.net software. If you are looking for more information on how to view your PayPal account transaction history, maybe the link below will help you: Go to PayPal Help Center
As with other payment channels, the easiest and most user-friendly way to verify your transactions by channels is through the PayPal portal, however, as an alternative, Stays.net also has a place that records the history of your transactions made through the website.
In case you have the full version of the system, just follow the path below:
- Access the [Finance > Others > Payment Logs] menu;
- On the left side, select the transaction search period;
- Then, select [PayPal];
- Click on [Search] to generate the information.
In PayPal logs, a transaction has 2 logs and when it fails, there is a red alert on the right side of the screen.
See what each record means:
Record | Description |
---|---|
reservation url | It indicates the data about the redirection of the guest to the PayPal payment page. It does not indicate payment status, it only indicates the fact that the redirect is successful. |
do payment | It indicates whether the payment was successful or not. It is from this log that Stays.net will add - or not - the payment on the reservation page. |
If you do not have the full version of Stays.net or do not feel safe doing this analysis, do not hesitate to contact our support team with basic information, such as the guest's name or reservation code in question.
