Guests and owners can request to reset access password on your website. When this happens, we trigger an email to validate the password reset - by default, it follows the template below:
Subject: [Name of your business] | Password reset
Hi, [first name of the user],
We received a request to reset your password on our website.
It happened in [password reset request date and time].
If you recognize this action, click on the button below to proceed:
RESET PASSWORD
Regards,
[name of your business]
To edit the content of this default email, go to [Catalog > Email Templates] and choose the user - restore password template. For more details, read the How to edit email templates.
Remember that the link that redirects the user to the password reset page needs to be maintained.
