Currently, the integration between Stays and Airbnb always works with full API connection. This means the technical connection is the same for all listings.

The difference is that you can now choose which listing content you want to sync with Airbnb and which content you prefer to edit directly in the channel’s extranet.

What information can be managed

You can enable or disable syncing for the following items:

  • Listing content

  • Description

  • Reservation settings

  • Photos

When an item is disabled, it is no longer updated by Stays.

How to configure the content sent to Airbnb

To define the default sync settings:

  1. Go to [Channel Managers Dashboard > Airbnb > Settings > Content];

  2. Select which information you want to sync;

  3. Save the changes.

These settings apply to all listings.

Per-listing configuration

If needed, you can customize the settings for a specific listing at:

  1. [Channel Managers Dashboard > Airbnb > Listings]
  2. When accessing the listing, enable the [Individual] option in [API Content Settings];
  3. Adjust the settings as needed.

How to identify listings without connected content

In the listings list, when all content is enabled, the indicator appears as Content.

If any item is disabled, the indicator changes to No Content.
