To analyze information about your confirmed reservations, you can use the Stays statistics area. There, you can track data that helps you understand guest behavior and support strategic business decisions.

How to access statistics

  1. Go to [Statistics];

  2. Click [Reservations created by partners].

When you access this screen, you will see different indicators related to your reservations.

What information you can view

  • Reservations by partner

It will be possible to see who are you partners that most generate reservations. For a better view of this statistic, be sure to register your business partners and list reservations to them, if necessary.

  • Reservations in advance

See how far in advance of the check-in date your guests are making reservations.
This can help you remember to keep prices up to date and even set up pricing strategies depending on when the reservation is made.

  • Average length of stays

Indicates how many days, on average, guests stay in your accommodations. This data can serve as a basis for pricing policies, package creation and the offering of experiences and additional services.

  • Day of the week the reservation was made
    Shows which days of the week reservations are most frequently made. With this information, you can plan actions such as promotions, social media campaigns or email sends on the most strategic days.
  • Partners vs. website

Allows you to compare whether reservations are coming mainly from your Stays website or from other partners. To receive online reservations through the website, you must have at least one compatible payment channel configured.

  • Instant reservations vs. agents
    Presents a comparison between reservations made directly by the guest and those that required the involvement of an agent, such as sending commercial proposals or providing support via phone or chat before confirmation.
