Understanding how people reach you is essential to improving your online presence and making more effective decisions.
With Stays, in addition to increasing your direct sales with your own website, you also have access to data on the origins of your marketing, which allows you to focus on the channels that really bring results.
By default, Stays comes with some of the most common options on the market, but you can create others and edit the existing ones through the following way:
- Access the [Catalog > Auxiliaries > Marketing] menu;
- Click on the [+Source] button to create a new marketing source;
- Fill out the requested information on the screen;
- Click on [Save].

Field | Description |

[Active] Checkbox | Defines whether the option will be visible on your website. Just click on the panel checkbox to apply the changes. |
[Name] Field | It is an internal finder that indicates the marketing source. It is not featured on the website or in other areas of your Stays area. |
[Text] Field | It is the content that will be displayed on the website as a choice option. You will be able to put content for each active language in your Stays area. |
[User's input] Checkbox | By activating the checkbox, you allow the guest to fill in a non-existent option. It is applicable in cases where you want to create an alternative such as "Other. Which?". |
[Partner] Field | In this field, you will be able to relate the marketing sources to your business partners. This is useful for cases of social media and sales channels, for example, having a Facebook page with an integrated button to make a reservation. In this case, the guest not only knows your brand from the channel, but also made the reservation there. |
