Before proceeding with the instructions of this article, you must have received the [Merchant ID] and [Merchant Key] from Cielo by email.


To integrate your Cielo WebService 3.0 account with Stays, follow the steps below:

  1. Access the [Finance > Auxiliaries > Accounts & Gateways] menu;
  2. Click on the [+New Account or Gateway] button;
  3. Choose the [Cielo] option and click [Select];
  4. Fill out the requested information;
  5. Save the changes.
In the [Service] field, select at least one option to show more registration fields. If you want to provide bank slip, credit and debit card options, it is necessary to create a channel for each payment method.
