Set the minimum stays on the Stays system

You must configure, on the system, your rate plan with the minimum stays as configured on the PriceLabs dashboard. In this way, the information will be aligned across the platforms.

If you work with Pricing per Night, access the [Settings > General Settings > Pricing] and set your Rate Plan.

Example: if you configure the minimum of 2, 5 and 7 nights on PriceLabs, the same must be done on your system.

But if your work with Pricing per Period, when creating your Price Rules on the [Catalog > Price Rules] menu, set your Rate Plans according to the configuration made on PriceLabs dashboard.

Exemple: if you set the minimum of 2, 5, 7, 14 and 28 nights on PriceLabs, the same must be done on your Seasons and Events rules in the system.

Additional Information

Another important point to mention is that PriceLabs allows you to configure a minimum, base and maximum price of choice, as this serves as reference for the channel algorithm.

It is essential that you take some time to register these information on the portal, because with the PriceLabs integration, your Stays pricing rules will no longer be applied, so your pricing settings should be centralized on PriceLabs!

By integrating with PriceLabs you will only be able to use Stays to apply promotions to the listings calendar. Therefore, if you want to do this, we recommend registering a minimum amount on PriceLabs a little higher, so that is does not conflict with the Stays promotions area!

After performing these settings on PriceLabs, will receive the prices from the platform and apply them to the [Calendar List Screen].

Now that you already know what to do on PriceLabs to generate your prices, how about proceeding to one of the options below?
