When registering on the website and making a reservation, the guest will have a reservation page where they can fill out companion information, check the check-in and checkout times and other actions.
One of the available actions is to send the reservation confirmation to friends and to do this, just follow the steps below:
- Login on the website;
- Find the [My Reservations] menu;
- Find the desired reservation and click [Details];
- At the top of the screen, find the [Send Reservation Info] option;
- Click [Email];
- Select the email addresses you want to send it to;
- Type a complementary message;
- Click [Confirm and Send].
The triggered email will have the written message accompanied by the reservation confirmation generated by Stays.net.
