From the booking page on Stays.net, you have a few buttons to send invoices to guests in PDF document.
To start your email invoice sending routine, Stays.net has a default template, as shown below:
Subject: [Name of your business] | Your invoice [invoice type] referring to the booking [booking code]!
Hi, [first name of the guest],
Attached is the [name of the type of invoice] with more details about your stay in the period [check-in date] to [check-out date].
Regards,
[name of your business]
For each type of invoice, there is a dedicated email template for edition. See more details in the table below:

Choose the desired invoice - that also has editable templates - and edit the content of the email according to your preferences.
