Once you have registered your listings on the Expedia portal and have enabled the rate plans in them correctly, just follow the steps below in the [Channel Managers > Expedia] menu of your Stays.net:

1Link the Expedia hotel to Stays
In the [Listings] tab, find the desired product and click on [Link] in the upper part of the screen.
Enter the Expedia hotel ID and save changes.
2Link the ID of the rooms to your listings
Just below, you will have the list of your Stays listings and the ideal is that each one of them is linked to an Expedia ID, except in cases where you work with Room Categories, where only the parents should be linked!
3Link the rate plans
During the linking of the listing, it is also necessary to link the Stays rate lines with the ones that are active on Expedia.
This is essential to keep the alignment of the prices between the platforms.
Remember that your Expedia plans should be the standard (s) type and the price per day template.
4Import the Expedia Bookings into the calendar
After linking the listings, click on the [Calendars] button so we can get your Expedia bookings future dates that still have not been communicated to you.
In case you notice that not all bookings have arrived, it is necessary to create manually in your calendar, because by the Expedia policy not all bookings are sent.
Send prices and availability to Expedia
After verifying that your prices and calendar are aligned on Stays, it is time to send the prices and availability to Expedia.
This is made from the [Other features > Prices and Availability Manager] tab of your Expedia channel manager on Stays!
Check the result on the Expedia portal
After a few minutes, your listing should be with the prices and calendars properly updated based on what is registered in Stays.
It is recommendable to verify if the information arrived correctly in your Expedia portal by the end of the process!

Now that you already know how to link your Stays.net listings to Expedia and how to check the final result on your channel extranet, how about checking out other related subjects?
