To sign up on Expedia, you must have more than one listing on the same location. In this way, you will be able to add the location on the platform and then create listings as rooms.

If you meet the requirements, please follow the steps below to create your account:


  1. Access the Expedia registration form and click [Listing] - remember that you will only be able to proceed if you have at least two listings at the same address;
  2. Enter the name or address of the property;
  3. Fill out all the information requested on the form. Remember to point out that you are connected to a channel manager and that you are not part of a hotel chain; 
  4. Provide your contact information and wait for the email from Expedia to proceed with the registration;

  5. Follow the email instructions and proceed to finish your Expedia Extranet registration;

  6. Set up your policies and finish the registration of the listing by following Expedia instructions. 

Stays sends Expedia the photos and content of the listing, cancellation policies and derived prices. The cleaning fee is not submitted and must be set up on your Extranet dashboard. Another relevant aspect to be noted is the registration of the rate plan.
