To indicate to the OTAs which model of their cancellation policy is most compatible with your policy registered on, follow the steps below:

  1. Access the [Channel Managers] menu;
  2. Choose one of the compatible channels (Booking, Airbnb, HomeAway API, TemporadaLivre, etc.);
  3. Click on the [Configuration] tab;
  4. Find the [Cancellation Policies Settings] section;
  5. Link the channel policy in the field at the right side that is most compatible with your;
  6. Save the changes made at the upper right side of the screen.

By doing this, you will help to send the correct information to channels regarding the cancellation policy practiced in your listings (configuration per listing) or in your business as a whole (default).
