After your website user leave a message, there will be a notification at the top of your panel:
From there, just do the following steps:
- Go to the top menu of your panel and click on the areas highlighted above;
- See what will be the conversation you want to take over;
- Click on [Take chat] to proceed with the conversation.
It is possible to take over more than one window at the same time, but to maintain the organization, once a member has taken over the conversation, they will be the one responsible until the end.
