Duplicating similar or identical listings is a feature present on Stays that aims to optimize the registration routine of your units.

⚠️ Important: This feature is available only for listings configured as [Multi-Unit Address].

Individual listings that are not linked to a multi-unit property do not display the duplicate or clone options.

When duplication is available

When you create a [Multi-Unit Address] and add accommodations to that location, you can duplicate or clone units by following the steps below:

  1. Go to [Accommodations];
  2. Click the [By Address] tab;
  3. In the filters, select your [Multi-Unit Address] in the [Building] field and click [Update];
  4. In the listing options, on the right side of the screen, click [Listings];
  5. Next to the desired listing, click the [Add] button;
  6. Carefully review the options and instructions displayed on the screen;
  7. Choose the desired option and fill in the requested information;
  8. Confirm your changes;
  9. Review the newly created listing and its commercial status.

Which option should I choose?

If you only want to create a new listing based on an original one, without keeping any pricing or content linkage, select [Duplicate].

In this case, the new listing will be completely independent from the original.
